This EL34 SE V amplifier employs common pentode EL34 vacuum tubes for the class A amplification with 6SN7 / 6SL7 as the input stage. The 6SN7 tubes are configured as two cascading stages, the common-cathode and cathode follower, respectively. The output power can reach 10W for each channel. The B+ power and two filament voltages are supplied by the CM400 Zener voltage regulator kit that provide clean, stable, and fast driving current to the amplifier. Symmetrical layout is designed in signal paths for both channels. Dedicated ground and power rails are employed in layout design. Two large reservoir decoupling capacitors are used for power rails.
